Its purpose is to ensure that a supply of talent is available to align the right people with the right jobs at the right time based on strategic business objectives.

This site has been established to support the Development Programme. It is an interactive facility which people can engage with in confidence. It provides you with a comprehensive overview of what the programme involves and how you can get involved.
